Thread: Another problem with Phase I

I'm doing the survival quest for this phase. I got down to the last villager to rescue but the villager is inside a tree. Is there a way to fix this or not? I sent a ticket out but I don't know if there is anything else I can do. If you have any ideas let me know.

One thing people have been posting is to set up a camp as close as possibleand it will cause the tree to despawn, although I think you may need scout for this.

SAME thing happened to me on phase 1, i just waited about a week and came back and he gave me a new wp

I had this same problem but the csr said to accept a mission from another person in the village, which is not possible, but I tried it anyway. That did not fix the problem and customer support does not seem willing to assist.

set up a camp next to the tree, if you don't have scout..well maybe someone can set one up for you?
