Hello all,
No this is not another "When will the old man visit me?!!?!??!!!" or "I've been waiting for hours, is there any way to speed this up?!?!!!" type of question, but one that I didn't really see in the stickies and was curious about:
Does the Old man visit at POI's? Or would this act like being around a city of sorts and hinder his coming? Not a question of vital importance, but rather something I was curious about. Thanks in advance!

i dont know, but i'd just play it safe and stay in a player city
if you have a house (very likely) i suggest spending a few hours decorating it or something

there's no specific time. He'll be there. It can be in one hour or 2 days
Then you need to wait for the Siths after that the same way
