Thread: Can I grind FS exp without doing the quests?

I plan on doing the melee accuracy, speed, defense, and a few senses. I was wondering if I could grind the exp needed without doing the quests, I know this wouldn't unlock anything..but at the moment I can't do the quests because of a slow computer..grinding is no problem. So is it possible? Or does the FS exp cap at some point so I have to do the quests?

I think the cap is 5mill at any point.

Is that 5 million FS experience? or 5 million exp of all skills total? Thanks for the feedback.

5 mil fs xp per type, which is more than enough to train the entire type of FS skills
