I'm wondering if the following is possible. First of all, the /respec command needs to still be available to me.

I'm a Master BH / Master Doc / Scout 4040. If I drop Scout to 4000 and drop Master Doc to Doctor 4444, I will be able to fill up the 6 FS branches and be at CL 76.

Could I wait for the visit from the Old Man, get the waypoint to Malachai's camp, and then /respec my character back to Master BH / Master Doc so that my CL will jump back to CL 80?

You cannot gain Force Sensitive Skills through cheating, i mean respecing.

If you still have your respec, then the answer is yes you can certainly respec at any point (even while sitting on a hill waiting to kill mellichae).

Now, the question becomes, will you have the skill points available to do this? If you don't have the skill points available to train the FS boxes, then you won't have the skill points to respec back into that template after you train your FS points. You could respec to another template that gets you to CL80 though, as long as you have skill points available for it.

You cannot drop below 6 full FS lines or you lose your ability to start/continue to persue your jedi.

you cannot drop below 6 trees PERIOD.
