I was visited by the old man, and then later on i was attacked by the two sith. They knocked me down but then i took them out with a little help. The only thing is i looted both of them and didnt get a data pad. My question is it a glitch, or do you have to do a regular loot and not a loot all?

I'm not sure if that is a glitch, but I would surely only do the regular loot. I've learned that from BH missions. Uggh, that is no fun...sounds like you have to wait for the sith again

i gonna try making a ticket saying that i was attacked and i looted them, it even says i completed the force quest for killing the sith, and then wait and see.

This does happen on occation. In this case, the Sith will attack you again and a datapad will drop. If not, repeat(hopefully not too many times).

just remembered after the sith incapped me one of them said that he was taking my force crystal and returning it to rightful owner, only neither of the two didnt leave, and i looted them, so where did the crystal go?

Also, if the Sith incap you they take the crystal, they don't have to outright kill you. Many a crafter has learned this throughout the ages.....

But the thing is does this change things that the crystal is gone, does the old man come again to give me and crystal, or will it just be the sith again.

I guess it's the same place all the cool armor, weeps, etc that all the kills go...I truely understand your frustration...4 times understanding....

The Old Man does come back (usually in the same play session) and the Sith follow shorty...so my suggestion to you is when the Old Man gives you the new crystal, find a house, and call a friend in and then group and hang out until the Sith return.

They didnt knock him down, they incapped him so they took the cyrstal. He has to do it again.

If the sith incap you even once, they take your crystal and you need to wait for the old man to visit again and be attacked by the sith again.
The old man usually comes back almost immediately--easiest way to get him to spawn is to shuttle to a player city and then run out about 200m and back (this trick also works with the sith). He almost always shows up running after you. Although the sith can attack almost immediately after the old man's second visit, it usually takes around4 hours or so for them to appear
The sith are CL78, so if you are waiting for them to come attack you and you are not CL78-80, make sure you are grouped with a CL80 at all times you are out in the wild. Even if the CL80 isn't with you when they attack, you get the benefit of taking much less damage while you get to a safe spot (a house or building) and wait for your helper to arrive.
If they incap you on the second visit, the cycle just repeats itself over and over until you have defeated the sith and gotten your waypoint for the camp
