How hard is it to work up the Crafting Mastery lines of FS?

What is the exchange ratio?

My plan is to become a 4/4/4/4 Crafting Mastery Master + 0/4/4/0 Heightened Senses.

I want to accomplish this to open up a second character slot, not become Jedi.

My template was going to be Master Dancer, Master Weaponsmith, plus Artisan - Surveying IV + Business IV.
