Ive read all the guides and alot of the posts, i may be being stupid and blonde here though. But can you only convert unarmed xp into fs xp? Or is it any weapon xp?

Any weapon xp converts 30:1 (unarmed, 2hand, 1hand, etc.) --- Combat xp converts 3:1
