I heard from people that when u get jedi now that the jedi can not be on the same server as the guy u unlocked it with is this true?

This is false becuase your current toon becomes the Jedi. You still get an alt that you can use on the same server once you unlock Jedi.

Yes, as mentioned by the others it is false. Your jedi will be the toon that did the force sensitive quests and he will remain on the same server. You will be allowed the luxury of creating a second toon that is not yet a jedi on the same server. However, to do so you will want to make sure that don't already have seven other toons created on the other servers. You will still only be allowed a total of eight.
