So far almost every post I read they suggest that you create a group to take down mellichae. Can't it be done on your own, I mean if the jedi path is suppose to be a lonely and personal path, why do they make things so hard that the only way you can advance is by doing it in a group.

Not a rant, just a question, could you possibly work your way up the ranks on your own without support of friends.

you can do it on your own depending on your skills and how much time you want to spend at it. rifle can conceal shot. commando can flame-on and run. tkm can sit there and tank all year. swords can do it as well. just depends on how much skill you have with your chosen profession.

I can be done....if you are master rifleman. I got close with my master swordsman but I could've never taken out mellichae unless I had master brawler. I finally ended up doing it with 2 other guys...a fencer and a tkm...me using swords and tkm moves.

Yes it can , but its not that easy and requires some luck

Only proff I think that could do it solo is rifleman , just concealshot each power rock thing , then proceed to concealshotting Mellichae ...

This way is slow and there is always the risk of the Conceal Shot to stick a bleed on him then he will agro you and if you have no burstrun your dead... if you do its just more and more time...

It should't be so hard to get a group together , hypothetical situation you have no guild , no friends ingame or none that can help you (all crafters) then go to your servers forum and post that you need help with Mellichae i'm pretty sure you will get plenty of help.

That is just a hypothetical situation and I didn't mean that you have no friends or guild im sure you do

My advise to you is if your not rifleman then just wait till you can get a group , go to Dant Mop and shout that you need help will Mellichae , on the other hand if you are a rifleman just try it out it is possible to solo him as rifles Ive had friends do it since they were so impatient ! Even if you die no biggie just re-buff and get back out there the wp respawns even if you fail.
