Force Sensitive Archive

Ok i got ambushed by two sith guys i didnt know i was supposed to loot them after they were both dead untill just a little bit ago. I still got the wp disk and as i was heading toward the waypoint it disapeared completely.

Could this have anything to do with looting them sith out of order?
