As a master rifleman you can probably expect to do 900k at least once per buff session. (3 hours - you mentioned you were not a power gamer). That also gives you 90k combat exp.

The conversion for rifles = 30:1 , so you get 30k FS exp.

The conversion for combat=3:1 , so you get another 30k FS exp.

You need 1.25 million per branch.

Once a branch is unlocked, you can take a year to gain the xp, you do not have to do it within the 3 weeks. You only have to complete the quest in the 3 week phase period to unlock the branch.

As far as grinding rifles exp goes, if itmoves shoot it. Personally I like baz nitches on Dathomir - 4600-5000 per kill, 11k creds per lair. Easy kills, takes about 4 head shot 3 each. If you solo 6 per lair, if you grouped in solo-grp 15 per lair.

Ok currently I am working to start the quests just need to finish nyms park, but I have a question. After getting a tree unlocked will I only be able to train in that tree during that three week cycle? The way I was thinking on how to work on the village was work mainly on unlocking the 6 trees and work with some exp with it to convert because Iam not sure if I would be able to finish a whole tree being a rifleman in 3 weeks not being a power gamer. With my template currenty being planned to be based on combat exp and weapons exp, does anyone have any tips on grinding good rifle exp? Currenty I was thinking of the sennex caves but not really sure up to this point.

You do not have to complete the skill tree that you unlock in that three week time period. You only need to unlock the skill sometime during that phase. You can complete it anytime after that.
