Force Sensitive Archive

Ok, I just completed the Melee speed quest in the Village and got my Lathe powerup. I put the powerup on the weapon and having used it a couple of times, I clicked on my knuckler and it said "Remove Powerup". Another message popped up saying that the item had been placed into my inventory. I check my inventory and it's not there. I fill out a CS ticket and they tell me that if the "being placed in inventory" message happened it was in error. Basically, SOE does not have the ability to give back items from the Village. I thought this thing was suppose to have 500 uses? I never destroyed the item! Has this happened to anyone else? Am I not understanding this powerup usage?

Frankly, this type of garbage has happened to me before. I'm sick of it...I pay money just like everyone else and I've played almost since launch(haven't posted on the boards much here). What do I get? A "sorry" I can't help you and a closed ticket. Thanks, SOE.

500 uses means it will be active while you hit 500 times with the weapon that the powerup is applied on.
You cannot remove it and use it on another weapon once you applied it on a weapon.After 500 hits it will be consumed and dissapear, end of story.
