Well when I was waiting for the attack it happened when I came out of the cantina in our city.... but this was pre-cu, dont know if it has changed.

hey i just saw the old man and i talked to him........ to see him u have to not be in a NPC city does that same rule apply when it comes to the sith attacking? i want to go to an NPC city but i rather have the sith attack me.. plz help thank you

well the first sith that attacked me (i have killed many and looted many not working data pads) was right after i landed in the rebel outpost on rori (i happend to be imp comb. at the time) so i had about 6-10 rebels shootin at me and 2 sith's shootin me....i ran out and killed all the rebels and then the sith despawned...about 10 mins later 2 more sith came...they incapped me (i wasnt ready) and then less then a min later i see the old man....as i walk up to talk to him two more sith attack. After i kill these i talk to the old man an get another crystal....i looted a data pad from the two that incapped me (they never despawned) and the two that attacked me while i was talking to old man, neither worked....but i kinda figured they wouldnt cause there has to be some sorta bugg for them to attack me while i was talkin to the old man....... ill get umm next time
