Thread: When does phase 3 start?

Does anyone know when phase 2 is up and it swaps over to 3? (Chilastra)

Unless you keep track of all server down time then it will be impossible to know when the phases switch.


Rule of Thumb - Use three weeks from the time phase two went active, and add a little time onto that for server down time and you will get an estimation. However nobody will know the EXACT time that the phases change.
