if u completed a quest no. if you havent u can do it again next phase

Actually according to the Devs response to the people getting bugged from vehicular control, they stated you could repeat quests. People were trying to do this branch again for the health buff crystal, but were getting a message saying thanks for helping. What they found out was that when u finish this quest you are left with one crate of supplies. If you delete this after complete the tree, it will clear you for the next phase. people did this and started quest again. I could be wrong, but this is what I read.
