and I just realized that I can unlock whips quest really easily is there a way to revert xp from one place to another?

To my knowledge, you cannot. Just as you cannot trade xp's between pistols and rifles. You'll have to do more grinding to get your Reflex XP. I've been wrong before though

hehehe but you're not wrong now. No converty from combat prowess to reflex . . . keep grinding

Need a little more info on what you're plan is here to give you good advice. Thing is, it's impossible to put all your xp into FS Combat, you can only do 4/6 boxes as Combat, so i'm not sure exactly what you mean.
And no, you can't convert. I wouldn't ask for help from a dev either, they won't fix that kind of mistake.
