I am just wondering what the maximum banked FS xp you can hve at any one time - thanks in advance

There really should be a sticky for this since it's been asked about 10 times in the past week alone. 
The limit is 5.1 million XP per type (i.e. Combat Prowess, Enhanced Reflexes, etc.). You need 1.225 million XP to fill a branch as well as 50k for the novice box. So, to fill an entire tree, you need 4.95 million XP. In other words, the limit is more than you'll ever need, so you can bank all your XP and then train all 24 boxes at once after your sixth unlock.
