does the melee acc/speed stats stack on top of Attachments or take the place of them.
EXP so with +25 Acc Attachment will it be +37 with the melee acc line? or would you waste the +12 bexause you max out at 25?

My friend told me about the melee speed that it would like over cap if you were already speed capped..like im a TKM and im already speed capped and than i have a +3 melee speed from the FS quests, so i think he meant was that id hit even faster than 1 hit per second but not to sure about accuracy...someone please tell me if im wrong if i am

yes i think u are wrong my friend...because once are speed capped u cant go any higher but it does help with the fs melee acc and speed...and no..u cant hit under 1 second..the fastest i have ever seen for tkm's are 1.4 speed

I am getting ready to complete my last box for combat prowess... 
Question is:
Does master combat prowess cost any xp or is it automatic when all 4 trees have been accomplished? (16 in total for the complete combat prowess family)

no points or xp required to fill box...at least thats what it says when you mouse over it.

Here is the answer...
You simply train again no xp required... no titles awarded, very disheartening... /whimper 
I did not expect to answer my own post... LOL
