Well I did this quest as my first choice when Pub 9 hit. You had to have Master Medic at that time. But only because of the crafting line. If the quest is still the same, you have to craft a bunch of different heal packs to cure random things on the villagers. Now it would make more sense if you actually have to have Bio-Engy or just xxx4 Medic. But I have NO idea personally, maybe someone currently in Phase 1 can shed some light on it for ya.

BTW, I failed the quest. Did phaes2,3, and 4. Then when 1 came around again I didnt have Master Medic and the quest bugged me out preventing me from taking a quest until about two months ago when I was finally unbugged and able to take another quest. So try it at your own risk.

I've been looking for the answer to this question for a few weeks now, with no success. If anyone knows what is needed to do this quest, please reply and let me know!!

you said you failed the quest? how did that happen? im gonna be doing the quest, already have the xp, master medic, and 0004 BE. i dont want to fail though

i am also intrested in this quest. i have no medic but would be willing to grind medic 0004 if thats all i need. does the plant even still work as intended post - cu? if i can get away with medic 0004 and some high end recourses i would be willing to give it a try.

can someone please shed some light on this?

I have posted about this and the answer from others was you need MASTER MEDIC just to get the quest and heal the villagers and you need BE 0004 to make the medicines. Anther BE can make the medicines for you as long as they have the quest.

Used to have to be a doc pre CU not sure cause you had to craft your own medicine
