I just finished my last branch and got old man visit. My waypoint is in a private house and the camp wont spawn.

Is there a way to get a new wp or am i in the hands of a csr.

I had the same thing happen to me, I submitted a ticket with "i'm stuck" and they didn't come, infact they closed the ticket and told me I opened it in the wrong category.

I had to go into chat and request help there, The first 3 CSR's there told me to open a ticket in "im stuck" (go figure), but what I ended up doing is waiting until a helpful CSR signed on (they seem to switch every hour or so in chat). I told him the situation and he said "Don't worry bout openinga ticket, I'll come help you as soon as I'm done in chat" sure enough 5 mins after he got done moderating chat he was in game and my problem was fixed.

CSR's like to make you dance around in a circle before they help you... gets myself and my friends pretty pissed off sometimes becuase they will tell you to do something that another csr told you not to do... so your like wow ok... CSR'sFTL in my opinion.

With the new publish today, you can just get the owner of the house to pack it up while you get your mission done. Hahaha.

actually, the CSR's are pretty good about helping quickly with stuck tickets. I had an npc camp spawn right over the front door of my house a few weeks ago. A CSR logged in and fixed my problem in about 15 minutes. That totally blew me away. SOE got some brownie points for that one. Here's hoping they do the same for you.

Just remember to be at your waypoint when a CSR contacts you.
