Okay hope someone here can help me on this. I am supposed to find some siths with the radiation sensors. So I use it and drive in any direction till I get moving closer. The problem now is, that it constantly changes. Like I don't change the direction at all and it goes from moving closer 7-10 then to 1 then back up and so on. Is there any indication how far I am away? Any tips apreciated.

Anytime it changes to red, you're going in the wrong direction. Stop and spin around until the sensor is green. Then head that direction. It's very annoying, and yes at times you will go in circles, and back the way you came, but eventually if you keep going in the direction when the sensor's green, you will find the Siths.

I found there to be a few long stretches where I'm headed in the right direction (sensor is green) and then a spurt of countless "move 1m, now it's red, spin to the left, little more, little more...now it's green, move 2m now it's red, spin spin spin." It's very tedious, but if you keep the sensor green and go in that direction, eventually you'll find the Siths.

Thanks a bunch! Did some testing now and found out that when the threat lvl reaches 1k you are there. The delta is how much far you travel right into that direction, so the higher the delta the sooner you reach 1k threat lvl.

Most simple way for me.....

Find a direction that is "moving closer" and follow that until is says "moving away"....then head in another direction taht is moving closer (N, S, E, or W) and do it until it says "moving away". Rinse and repeat. You will eventually see "target within 64m".

My radiation sensor kept stacking the threat level. It went up about two hundred each time, hitting 1.5k at the last mission. I welcome all the Nightsisters and Giant Spiders though, good xp for grinding.

The results will vary depending on vehicle or foot speed as well. As you slow down like when going up a hill, the numbers will go down too, because in effect you're not getting closer at the same speed as you were. So keep that in mind.

The key is to keep the delta as high as possible. Get yourself orientated so you are moving closer. As you are heading in that direction make small course changes. If you move left a bit and the number goes down then correct right. Make small corrections right until the number goes down again, then adjust slightly back left. This will put you almost dead on the Sith camps.
