I finished the quest by making the 10 items... but did receive an award for it...

Anyone have any ideas why not? Do you have to make more then the 10 to actually receive the award?

You will get it at the end of phase 2 if you are one of the top contributors on the lists. I didn't get a reward for the last phase 2.
