Force Sensitive Archive

Given after completion on the melee speed missions, it looks almost like a normal melee power up. There is no serial number, creator slot, or anything else other than the name and the stat +30.0000000000000002 speed. Anyone have a clue if this works like a normal power up or if it's a permanent mod to the weapon it is used on?

Put it on my what? Not going Jedi bro, just want the Combat prowess and ranged/melee def. Bh is hard with no Def, and they'll have to fix the ranged mods someday. What better use for the FS abilities than to kill Jedi?
