Force Sensitive Archive

I have several branches of FS skills unlocked via completed quests. I was wondering if anyone else is having an issue where he doesnt allow you to train what you want to train. If so, how did you resolve the issue. Specifically what headings did you report your bug under. Thanks in advance.
