I've looked around and I haven't seen anything on this so I figured I'd see what everyone here thought.
I logged into my character on Shadowfire (the one I'm taking Force Sensitive) late Saturday May 28/early Sunday May 29. So that's when my post-CU respec started with that toon. Since then, I've collected all my needed POI badges, content badges, and grinded him to CL80.
Now, it's June 20 and my respec is still coming up and I don't have my profession badges to achieve my Inner Glow. And as I understand it, I've missed out on unlocking a Phase 1 branch which puts me another 3 weeks behind. I would love my respec never to run out on my Tarquinas toon but...this is a bit different on my Shadowfire one since it's not letting me pick up my Mastered profession badges and become glowy.
The only think I can think of is that during my post-CU respec time (the past 3 weeks plus), the servers were down for restarts, or patches, and publishes. And that could be what's throwing me off...like how the Village phases are counted down by so many seconds online or something, the respec was counting down so many seconds online. That sound right or am I incorrect?
I just want to know cause I've been "racing" against the Village phase change so I wouldn't be another phase behind and I really don't care which branches I get. What do you all think? Something with the servers being down or what? It's annoying me pretty bad.

Note: I had been with a couple co-workers late last month and got home late, so I know I'm accurate on the dates here.

Heh, yeah, kind of sucks doesn't it?
I'm in the same situation as you. I submitted a ticket on it and got a response stating that the respec period lasts for 4 weeks from the first day you were able to respec, so around June 28/29 you should get the master prof badges for the professions you have mastered and be able to become glowy.
They wont cancel the respec period for you.

Well crap. Thanks for the heads up, bro.
I was asking people if the post CU respec period was 2 or 3 weeks. I never would have suspected 4 weeks. After I respec'd my Tarquinas character, I never bothered with it again, so I didn't keep track.
Well, I don't have to worry about what's goin on now at least Thanks again!
