Ok. I know that you have to defeat the first wave of sith (right after the Old Man visit) without incap of death to move on but what about the second wave (where you have to find a sith camp) and the rest of the times you come up on them?

Also will sith continue to random spawn on you during your grind through the villiage?

It is bad when you have a dream about fighting sith. You know your hooked then. LOL.

I got glowie at 1519 CST yesterady so I am waiting for the old man. I will update the times as i go so some of you can see how long it took me for each one.

Congratz on getting glowie.

And no, sith will not continue to spawn whilst you are doing your force senstive grind. It is literally get glowie, old man visit, sith spawn, sith camp then onto the village. Only sith you then have to kill are those in quests and during the attack on the village.

After the 2 sith come for the crystal, the only way you'll encounter them again is by taking a specific quest from the village that involves them, or visiting the village during phase 4. There are quests during all phases I believe, that deal with them. However, in phase 4 they are attacking the village every 30 minutes - so you have no choice but to deal with them if you arrive while they are attacking, unless you wait at a safe distance for the attack to end.

Congrats Firewalkerman,

I just got glowing too day before yesterday. I haven't got the old man yet, but I did get all stocked up for when those Siths attack me. We will see how I take them, I'm CL75 so I should be ok I hope.

OK thank for that. But do I have to survive the sith camp (the 2nd encounter after the Old Man) to continue. What I am ask is, if I get incapped or killed on that part do I have to start over with the Old Man. Will they take the crystal if they defeat me?

From my experience: you do have to survive the camp, and you do have to be the one to do the looting (just like with the ambush). If that gets screwed up in some way (unreadable data disk or the like), destroy the disk and wait. Odds are the the sith will come back to that camp, although I don't know how long to wait, and take another crack at them.

The Geezer will not come back in the event of a sith camp failure (at least, he didn't when someone looted my data at the campe the first time). I was able to return to the camp a couple days later, and things worked out much better.

Yeah I figured the looting thing would be the same. I just wasn't sure about the survival part of it.

BTW how many sith are there usually at the camp?

I'd encountered 3, roughly the same type of CL as the ambushers (don't recall details offhand). It's not a large camp.

The answer is yes, so feel free to get incapped, killed, cloned on the sith camp, they won't steal your force crystal and you wont lose your waypoint. I did thisa fewdays ago.

I was on Lok. I kept trying to pull at first with them tightly grouped asthey wouldnt leave the inside of the tent, so after three incaps, I cloned at Nym's and headed back. After the cloning, I mysteriously got a second waypoint added. Also, both waypoints had the same location. I arrived back at thesith camp and guess what, there were even more of the Sith Shadows.

This time though, I waited for one to stray out a little before pulling and had no more problems. Killed one after the other, 7 total lol. I looted two datapads, used one to get the quest/waypoint for the Villageand still have a spare for a sovenior.

you will run across random sith. however, you need the specific ones in order to get to the village. but if your going combat trees. even if your just a crafter going to the village during phase 4, sith will be a part of your life throughout most of your village experience.
