I have completed the phase 4 quest from the capt. in thepast phase 4 in order to get ranged speed, and he would not let me close my quest. ( I have done his quest in the last 4 and recieved melee def.) NOw its half way through phase one and he still wont let me close my quest. I have been submitting bug reports on this matter for over a month now and no one has responded. I tried to talk to a live rep on the tech survices and he tellls me he cant help me to submit a ingame bug report. which i have done dozens of times already. I am highly pissed off now and demand help.

You need to file a Ticket so a CSR will reset your quest marker. I had the same problem in Phase 4, I did the quest but could not train. So I had to file a ticket to have the quest unlocked. Then Phase 1 started and I could not speak to the Captainbecause Phase 4's bugged quest was still showing up. I again filed a ticket and a CSR fixed the issue. Filing a bug report will not get you any assistance in game.
