is there a way to canncle a FS quest and chose a difrent quest in a phase?

Once you have chosen you have to do it as you can not reselect that phase.

Of course not. That is why the person you accept the quest from asks if you are sure you want to accept the quest. He even goes so far as to remind you that you will not be able to do any other quests within 3 weeks.

actually I would think it is doable - this mission requires a group at the best of times. Get your friends and guild mates to help with it. If you have them you don't need to do the killing you either need to knockout the shield or talk to the commander - and in between you need to hit at least 5 targets with fire (and the will concentrate return fire on your friends as they will draw aggro over you)

From what I read he says 'quests', that leads me to believe he has been having problems at the village with all quests he has done. Althought who knows for sure. That is why I recommend to all friends to be at least CL70 before going to the village. Now I understand some templates do not allow for that CL, so then yes, try and get some friends together or guildmates. That or ask around at the village. There are always people there looking for help with the missions. At least on Lowca.
