This thread really has me curious. What exactly is your one question? I am just trying to gather facts here. You are CL62. You went and got yourself glowy. You make mention of the village so I don't know if you are doing missions or what. That or you are being visited by the Sith after you get the Force Crystal. However, I can make out that you are crying because at CL62 you can't kill CL75-CL77 Sith.

Just as many others I am also confused on what exactly you are asking. From what I can gather your question is:
I am cl 62 and right now the Sith kick my butt. Do I need to be cl 80 to do the quests at the village?
If this is the question then I would have to say if you are looking towards combat then yes I would recommend you attaining level 80 before tackling some of them. Although it may be possible with a lower cl level, it will be much harder. Most everything you face combat wise with the village is cl 77-79.
If you are going the way of a crafter, then no. These quests do not require any combat and although I have never done them, I would imagine would take a lot of clicking to accomplish.
If this is not what you were asking, you may want to reword your question to make it a little eaiser to understand.

you can do the quests if you are a cl 1 even. the thing is many quests will then require that you be grouped and you allowing the group members to do most of the combat.
For the intro sith (they are weak) you should be probably grouped with a cl 80 player who will then beat the sithto death in short order for you. You just have to stay concious and do the looting of the corpses (do not allow group mate to do that)

if not, ask guildmates/frends - more towards the frends
