Force Sensitive Archive

Ok, i've already searched the boards here for an answer to my question. According to what i've seen, getting a Novice FS box shouldn't require any quests, but rather just that I've traded in enough XP (which I have). Now ever since this last patch, i've gone from glowy to strong. Last night I traded in xp and got enough Heightened Senses xp to train in novice, however it's telling me that I don't qualify to train in anything.

I already knew that people were having trouble with /check force saying strong instead of glowy, but am I the only one who also can't train? Or am I doing something wrong?
