If you were already glowy before this all happened you are fine.If you were not glowy... well that I have not heard any visits as of yet. I could be wrong though... Just from what ive read/seen/heard so far.

seriously doubt this is a bug, sony pure and simple turned off the ability to unlock jedi. Sad even people with six+ trees unlocked and have been grinding exp for 18+ weeks got the shaft on this one.
OK, so I still find it hard to find an answer to my question...
I was lucky in seeing the old man just before publish 24, although I was then only strong afterwards. However the sith still came after me and I have since been able to visit the village and train (have two novices atm).
I have however seen people with problems training etc etc.
Am I in the clear? I have been given missions and such but others are having problems... whats going on?
Has anybody been able to do the trails after publish 24 even though they were only strong and such?
well on one of my toons i got glowy a few hours before pub 24 and i was knocked back down to "i feel a storng sence" and then on my other toon i just got the 2nd old man vist yesterday but i have heared other people talk that they have not had the 2nd yet that unlocked thea few daysbefore pub 24. so i am a little lost at what the devs are planning on doing to fix it if anything. i have sent in a lot of tickets on both my toons the day of pub 24 and still have yet to get a reply

Hmmm, all the post show a different view, if you had the old man first time visit before pub 24, then you can still unlock right.
If he hasnt visited you before pub 24...then things are not clear but many still havent got their 1st visit yet.
