i'm on my last quest to become jedi and somehow i can't take dageerins mission for ranged defense,its bugged and the csr's arn't helping. so i was wondering if ranged defense comes around on phase 4? just in case

nope it only come around in phase 3

Did you already take a mission this phase? If so you will have to wait around until phase 3 swings back around.

Sorry, the only tree you can pick up in Phase 4 regarding anything Ranged is Ranged Speed. It's the exact same quest as the Melee Speed quest. It's given by Capt. Sagurillo(sp.?).
