Thread: old man sith questions.......

okay, i am quite tired of the old man and the sith. my question is this: I am on my fourth go around with the old man, my charcter is only a level 58, i am not strong enough to kill the sith. the old man comes, the next day the sith come, 1 hits me and incaps me, someone jumps in and helps me and kills the sith, i loot the waypoint data disk and it tells me I cannot make sense of whats on the disk (because I got incapped and failed the quest), so I have to delete the waypoint data disk, the I start all over again for the old man to come and see me.. SOOOO my question is HOW many times will this happen? will it just keep happening until I am strong enough to kill the sith on my own? has anyone surpassed my 4th time? i think it would be best for me to keep grinding and get my combat skills up right? they keep incapping me and killing me....HELP anybody got ANY good advice?

It really helps to be CL 80 and ortohave atleast some form of healing (whether stims or doc 4000).

best to be higher CL or bring along a healer of some sort to do ONLY healing to you, get buffed also.

Yes, definitely get to CL80 beofre continuing. Even if it did work for you...you go from having to fight 2 sith, going to their camp at the waypoint and fighting 4-5 of them.

yeah, I agree with what everyone is telling me but my main question was, will the old man and the sith just kept coming back until I finally kill the sith correctly and get the waypoint data disk? does it matter how many times I fail the quest?
