After multi bug tickets about the Phase 4 Ranged crap....still nothing. I have almost enough exp to get this tree.......rant rant.......blah blah......vent vent......... etc etc etc.

When you send in a ingame ticket, make it as nicely written as possible and they will help you a lot sooner than you think. Im pretty sure they get thousands of tickets each day and going through them would be a pain. If you present your issue (which this particular one has been for a LONG time) in a respectful manner they usually will unlock it for you. If you are an a$$ about it, they will make you wait a while. I have had 3 in game issues and all 3 were responded to and fixed within 2 days of submitting.

I have made the bug reports as nice as possible...starting with the Thursday of the start of Phase 4. I send in one per day.

usually what happened last phase go around they would either pop a CSR in the village and he/she would unlock it for ya, or they would pop on your account and unlock it that way. Many got shafted last go around only to have it unlocked during phase 1 sometime later. They "supposedly" fixed this a patch or 2 ago, but another "oops" on their part.
