Read the stickies. I don't recall a questI had to do in Mos eisley, just a few POI's on Tatooine

If you're on Corbantis:

Fly out to Naboo. Take a shuttle to Commonwealth City, then pull out your speeder (or whatever). Travel due south until the 2nd base, then alter course 15%deg; left. Shortly before the water you will find my farms. I grow the highest quality of punctuation around. If you follow the dirt road east, you should find a vendor at a road side stand, selling freshly picked periods.

While these periods (and I do beleive that commas just came into season too! Though I am not sure if the illegal immegrants who crossed the border from Tatooine who I hire have yet had chance to pick any) will not help you in your Jedi Quest in any fashion, you will find them invaluable in the fine are of crafting sentances.

hmm ok still stuck i have spoke to the mayor before but all the options it gives me to talk to him are teach me about proffesions, ive ehard the city is... or tell me about the cities history there must be something i need to do first in order to be able to do it.

but those are the quests. choose the "Teach me about professions" button. pick one that you use all the time and complete the quest and get the badge.
