im getting the supplys for village and im on the last one 
but i keep getting the waypoint for the ship i go to the waypoint im given search around at way point and nothing 
im hopeing 3rd time lucky.

If you know someone that has done it before ask them if they still have some. I know I did and others had some in their inv. after completing the mission. I have mine on display.

I assume you are talking about the ER:Vehicular Control quests since you said Whip.
Not sure how you are doing it, but when I did it, I turned on the overhead map and as I got 128m from the waypoint I started to circle out looking for a big green blob (the ship). I actually never went to the waypoint itself. And then just ride through the ship a couple of times to get the supplies.

yep i know how to do it. iv already got all but one but the ship wasnt there. 3rd time iv the ships here now. i think its just revenge for trying to drown the old man and yep your right about the mission/ quest thingy im doing

Ahh cool.
On a side note. I really like Vehicular Control. Faster acceleration and deceleration. Tighter turning radius. It so far has been one of my favorite of the FS boxes.
I guess most are just so passive you can't really tell. But VC is noticable when you are w/ people that don't have it.

The mission worked everytime for me. A couple times the crashed vehicle did not show up on my map but doing ever expanding circles starting at the waypoint always found the resources.
(btw if anything incaps you after retrieving them, you fail the mission. Does not have to be the Sith)

Yes whip hates everyone. He is s3xually frustrated ever since Noldan stopped "showing him the ways of the force" so to speak <snicker> so he hands out faulty waypoints to boost his slipping self esteem.
Just thought I'd answer the title since people answered your question hehe.

Not speaking from experience myself.
But a friend of mine is a BH and he said they 'seem' faster than a swoop, but that they are roughly the same speed.
Again I don't have first had experience, so that could be completely wrong.
