Hey guys...
About the Color crystal....how can you get it if your grouped?
A friend of mine and me helped some other guy out doing this mission...he was only one with the mission, we just helped with killing thugs etc
Finished the quest...but he only got the buff crystal, and not the color.
Now, I want to do this quest myself for the color crystal...any way I can make sure of it I get that crystal when doing it in a group, or do I have to do it alone?

There is your problem your friend was the only one with the mission. You only get the bonus crystal if two people take the same mission. When you take the mission you are given a choice to lower the shields or capture the general. You pick one and you have to group with someone who picks the other.

I believe it's the other way around.. you get the colour crystal for completing the quest, the mind buff crystal is the bonus for doing it in a group.

So, I have to pick the mission - choose a part then find some1 that picks the other part and then I will get the color crystal (and mind buff?)

this is right. my mate solo'd this mission and got the teal crystal, ot the mind buff one.

Do the mission solo, you get the color crystal.
Team up with a friend, one of you is to drop the sheilds, the other is to capture. You both do ONLY your part and you succeed, then you both get the color crystal and the mind buff crystal.
You can have others help you, but only the two of you will get the rewards.

not sure if its just your wording, but it sounds as though you're saying each person will get the colour crystal and the mind buff crystal, thus making 2 rewards each. I thought (maybe wrong but i dont think so) that if you did it as 2 of you and did your bit (drop the shield or capture the dude) then you get one of the crystals depending on which bit you do. I'm not sure which you get for doing which bit, but i think it's the colour crystal for capturing the dude and the mind buff crystal for dropping the shield.
