Thread: Quick Question: Commander Escort Quest

I was trying this quest last night with a guy I met in the village. He took the escort part and I took the shields part. When we go to the base we were leveled by turrets. No biggie...I like challenges. The problem was he had to log and wont be on for a week or so. My question is, if I join up with someone who already accpeted the mission too, can we just go straight to a base I have shield device for or do we need to head to the captain as a group and each tell him which part we'll be doing again?

You can go straight to the base. As long as you both have the quest active, it doesnt matter which part you do.
