Airic and I have been working on this since phase 3 started. We're on Eclipse, and I'm a level 66 with some misc Doctor and Jedi skills, and Airic is a level 80 TKA Swordman. No one else ever grouped with us.

We tried 3 times before this. Twice from Alpha and once from Sigma. Alpha is Eclipse's "furthest of the closest" and Sigma is a good distance farther. None of those tries were even close. We knew Zed (Eclipse's closest) was our only hope. After hours of code hunting wefinally got our first Zed key and went for it. By this time it was already 4am and no one else was going for the base. We raided the base without a problem. After all, this was our 4th base raid, we could have done it blind folded.

We grabbed the commander and led him straight for the village, over whatever hills and canyons were in the way. A few times he tried to escape, making us spend several minutes on one canyon. We finally arrived at the village with 6 minutes left before he would have died.

The crazy part is, this was from Zed, the closest base. We only had one slow part, but still barely made it. Even worse, had he tried to escape a lot morelike he sometimes does, we would have failed even this one. Zed is deffinately the only base to bother trying. Finishing from anything else is very very lucky.

After all these days code hunting, this was our one and only Zed key. Here's all the rest that I have:

Iota Beta Rho Pi Tau Omega Epsilon OmegaAlpha Delta Eta Rho Chi Pi Sigma Chi Iota Sigma Iota Kappa Chi Pi Beta Tau Eta Chi Chi Iota Ypsylon Rho Chi Sigma Eta Alpha Tau Delta Beta Alpha

The only one I'd consider using out of all those, is Ypsylon. It's farther away than Zed but in theory if you planned out a flat enough route, you could make it.

As for tips that help complete this mission, someone who can heal really makes the difference. Just about any group can do this is they have a healer. The turrets will wipe out a group that doesn't have a healer. You can send a probot ahead to kill the turrets, as they don't shoot probots. However we took out numerous bases without doing that. It's really not that hard if you stay on your toes.

When escorting the commander, you really need someone with force run, or a lot of terrain nego, to chase down the sith that spawn during the escort. They also need to run ahead and lead hostile mobs away from the escort. So it's best if your runner is also the healer, as they'll have hordes of wildlife on them most of the time.

When sith ambush, try and lead them into a heard of yellow mobs (like maklocs) if there are some nearby. The sith love to use area attacks, so having a bunch of critters in the way is a big help. This saves you aLOT of time.

Whew, that's about it. I'm just glad to be done with this crazy quest.

Thanks for the tips and grats on completion....

How do you tell which code you got is for what base? trial and error?
