Thread: Help understanding Branch unlocks??

Right after publish 10, during phase I, I visited the village and spoke to Captain Sarguillo, unlocked Combat Prowess and started filling the ‘Ranged Accuracy’ column.
Then I took a break from FS activities until after the CU.
Last month I finished filling the Ranged Accuracy column.
And during Phase II, I returned to the village and spoke to Dageerin and unlocked Combat Prowess ‘Melee Speed’ column and proceded to fill that entire column.
The otherduring Phase III, I returned to Dagreen, completed his missions, and was expecting him to unlock Combat Prowess ‘Melee Accuracy’, but instead he unlocked the Enhanced Reflexes ‘Ranged Defense’ column.
This is not a problem because I had planed to unlock that column at some point anyway.
But it’s not what I expected, which means I don’t fully understand the process or the Jedi Revamp Post.
Does anyone know why the ‘Melee Accuracy’ column was not unlocked?
The way I interpreted the Jedi Revamp Post it should have been.
Should I have seen another NPC instead of Dagreen?

It is Captain Sarguillo's quest that unlocks the melee accuracy branch in phase 3
