I am Master Pikeman, Master Teras Kasi, Doc 4000
I need to dump my skills to get the 6 branches for jedi unlock since I finished my last unlock last night. What skills should I drop first in order to have the best chance at survival?

Yeah, drop the Pikeman. The innate TK armor is the win, and the doc will help until you can get Jedi heals. Don't drop any more than you need to though. 6 trees = 24 skill points, so don't drop all of Pikeman.

Kuval has a good point. Drop the medical and get yourself some good stims.
Don't drop pikeman because you're going to need the weapon XP for grinding your six trees.
Drop pikeman and you're left with only unarmed and combat xp. Granted you'll still be able to get pikeman XP but not as much as if you had retained master.

Also, if you are concerned with your CL staying 80, drop the doc. With those 24 skill points lost you will NEED two master profs to stay CL80 and there are not many/if any left over, so if staying CL80 is key (and i would think it is) drop doc OR drop pikeman and master doc either way you need 2.

Ok let me update my info.
I have unlocked all 6 branches. I haven't trained any skills into the 6 FS branches yet. I have enough exp banked for 5.5 branches so I still need a little bit more before I drop skills to fill out the 6 branches.
What is my best course of action once I get enough exp for all 6 branches? Once I do this I will go through exit quest etc. and eventually start the jedi grind.

im going to drop CM seeing how i only have novice anyways then im going to drop ranged heal 4. presently Master Carbineer/BH. Once i get paddy im going to drop mostly everything and go solo. Probly keep novice medic till i get novice force healer. But with group visability i could group at 80 now but im going into hiding and do something diffrent than the norm.

Currently mbrawl/tkm/mpike/medic 0230 18 fs trained and 1 sp left over. I need 5 sp more to finish fs boxes. Debating whether to drop to medic 0210 or drop some brawler. Don't really want to lose the defense bonuses of mbrawl, so probably dropping a couple the medic boxes. People say drop all medic, but I am constantly very happy I have the medic I do when I save group members that would have died without my heals. Stims are good to have, but can't be used nearly as often as I can use bshot and btoss.
Hmmmm....

Let me get you some Idea:
I'm atm Master TK, Novice Pikeman, Noice Sowrdman, Medic 4/3/4/0 and Novice Doc
I can run in a spot of 12 Siths and slain them all with only using 2 times my heal script, nearly in 1 heal but runnig out of action because of my cl of 60
Only make sure to have a Macro for Center of Being and for selfhealing with all your possibilities
I'm in a good mod, here my Macros
Macro CoB: /centerOfBeing; /pause 40; /whisper Stand still for re-apply; /pause 5; /macro CoB;
Macro HealSelf: /bactSpray; /bactaToss; /pause 6; /bactaJab; /whisper Healing done;
I know I got Parry Rispote State with MAster Brawler and have to time it for a Macro
For the attack you can do a macro with: /bleedAttack; /armorbreak; /pause 6; /legSweep; /heatHit; /pause 6; /legHit; /whisper Attack done;
Does very good damage to the oponent and can be added some other DOTs for higher moobs but this is the one I nearly ever use and then repeat Head and Leg hit till they die
(Some buffs for action is a good thing to have)
Well have fun playing
