I have looted, tracking device casing I, II, III. and assembly brackets I, II, and III... what do i do with this? says it is a loot kit but junk dealers don't have the assembly for it, ppl say its from the village, what do i do?

Save them, come phase 3 they will be needed along with 2 or 3 crafted components to make a tracking device so that you can find the village's computer core. If you're not going to do the crafting mission, then either give them to a friend who is or sell them.
Btw, I have Casing 1 and Brackets 1 and 2 on lowca if anyone wants to buy them.

so i guess that justifies ppl selling for like 1 million... can you just make it and keep them for show?

actually it's phase 4 where crafters need to put together the tracking device. Every crafter has to put together his own tracking device I think. You only get the schematic for it from the quest so you cannot just assemble it for fun. I'm not even sure you can use a device someone else put together.

Can someone tell me how to assemble this? The description says it is a loot kit, but I haven't been able to find a junk dealer that offers it.
In case it doesn't ring a bell; there are six pieces such as: tracking device bracket first section, tracking device casing second section, etc.
Yes, I have done a search, but no results?

This is needed for crafting quest, village phase IV.
From Songouki's FAQ :
Complete the Tracking Device Kit
Complete the satellite tracking device kit. Doing so will provide you with the means to find a downed satellite from which you could find a replacement computer core. Some pieces need to be looted off any normal NPC’s, like the other regular loot kits. The other pieces need to be crafted by a Master Artisan. Simply drag the pieces into the loot kit, and when all pieces are inserted it will create the “Downed Satellite Tracking Device”.
