I finished phase 3, and received my rewards. Now my journal wont stop blinking, and it lists the mission as incomplete,but the sub-entry says "uest complete"?! what gives? is this a bug or am i borked?

It's a known bug. I have that too. and have had it since forever. a csr ones told me they are working on the fix
