Force Sensitive Archive

For the 2nd time this week this game has bugged out on me preventing me from doing a quest.

This time im rescuing villager #4 of 5 in Whips quest, and the stupid npc spawned in a log. Then i lost connection, then i log back in and the NPC is GONE. whip keeps telling me to go back out and rescue her so i cant reset the quest.

I sent a bug ticket but ive *never* once had one addressed....anyone know how to get out of this?
