Okay, maybe I just have too many grey hairs on my head because the FS guide and various post I have read just don't fully explain something that may just be too simple for me to grasp at this time.

I entered the village performed the patrol quest for the ranged branch. After the 10 missions it says I unlocked Ranged Accuracy. All is good to that point.

Now I have heard/read you need to have the exp to train novice before you will see it show up under "Your Character" skill tree info. No biggie, thats understandable. I went to sleep and this morning it dawns on me....

There are 4 phases, each phase you can unlock 1 section right? Maybe I am misunderstanding this. Now that I have unlocked Ranged Acc. can I do a quest from another villager to unlock another coloum in another skill during this phase? If not, how can you get 6 full coloums during a 4 phase cycle? If I can talk to another villager for the quest to unlock another skill, is there a limit or can I do all 4?

I just don't understand the whole 6 full skill lines with 4 phases and how it's done if at all? I don't forcast me completeing it in the 4 phases, but I would like to unlock as many lines as possible during each phase if that is possible.

So in other words.... if you really wanted skill 5 and 6 to be something in phase 3 and 4 you have one heck of a wait for the cycles to recycle again since you can't get them in phase 1 or 2 (assuming you started in phase 1).
