As far as I have read on this forum, no. Force sensitive skills do not add to CL. In fact, it seems that fs skills take away CL. That's why most grind out all of their fs xp and then train in the boxes.

FS skills neither add nor subtract from your CL level. The majority of double elite masters should not see a change in their CL after spending 24 SP on FS, though I'msure some dabblers might.

FS skills do not take away from CL, you may be referring to the fact that Jedi drop their CL as they have to invest skill points in the Jedi skills and hence drop their CL.
