i learned on the forums somewere, that bye going to the mayor of mos eisly, and go to the people for finding out your proffesion, options, veteran marks man, ect, and do the scouts, and marks mans quests... that they count as content badges?

im confused, should i spend a day or a while doing these missions, or should i do the original stuff?

im confused, lol, could this be a new and real easy way to get glowy?

Although it is possible to get glowy in a day or 2, I would suggest waiting a bit. If you just started the game, you should take time to get used to and explore the game for a while before trying to go down the village path. Many now are so content on just getting and started glowy andunlocking their jedi. Thereare alot of things to do/see in this game other than Jedi. I didnt bother going down that path for almost a year while I enjoyed changing temps, quests, loot hunting, PVPing etc etc.. Eventually I decided to try the village and completed it. Is it worth it, I believe so. Is there more in this game than Jedi, yes there is.

But if just Jedi is what you want to do, hey its your $15 to do what you want. Im just saying you are missing out on a whole different aspect of this game if glowy is all you want to do.

i would also recommend that you wait 1 year at least since you dont want to be lost without knowing anything in the game and that jedi is a very long path and has made is difficult for a Level one

I agree wholeheartedly.

There is so much see, hear and explore in this world. Take your time and it will be rewarding later.

Thats the same thing I tell newbies to my guild. Just grind out your wanted profession... enjoy the game and explore it.. there are SO many quests (some pointless but others have cool loot) that you can do....... its all a part of the experience.. please ENJOY the game BEFORE going for Jedi.... its not the end all of the game...

If you try to become a Jedi from the start.. you will start a hard grind and then get upset and quit when you are getting grieved by BH's and losing your XP and going into the negative. You will not understand what it truely means to be a part of this game and this community....

SOE's biggest mistake was redoing the "tutorial" and having a Jedi in it...
