Thread: Mel and his Crystals?

When I go up against Mel, do I still have to be the only one that attacks the crystals? I'd like to find out before I head off to do the deed.

I was under the impression that anyone in the group could attack them. I could be wrong though. I think the only thing you are required to do is hit Mel at least once before he dies.

That's what I'm hoping but the last post I read said there was a bug that kept you from completing the quest even if you killed Mel if someone else hit a crystal. I don't want to go through that if I don't have too.

A friend of mine unlocked recently and I wanted to test if it was still buggy. Luckily he was cool about it LOL. So I and a few others took out the crystals and boom all 4 destroyed. not sure if we just got lucky or if they fixed it.

just make sure to hit mel once and u got it, make sureU get your loot from him and his buddy

I recently helped a friend and took out the crystals for his Mel camp.

to be on the safe side just pick up a carbine and area attack the lot of them
