should i switch my profession from y current one to master ranger so i can get quick fs xp

Only if you feel like picking up useless mods for when you go jedi. It's quick and worthless or slow and useful. Your call.

heres the thing bud...you have 6 months to wait no matter what, who cares who quickly you get the xp? if you power-grind it you will be so burnt out on grinding that jedi will seem like a huge chore.
Why not just take the entire 6 months to grind, but have fun and do useful things in the meantime...getting your xp before the 6 month timer does absolutely nothing for you...except make the time waiting for your 6th unlock the slowest and most boring you will ever have playing this game.

What do you mean 6 monthes? Is that all the time i have to work on getting Jedi?

It takes 6 months because you have to do 6 phases. Each phase changes every month, so do the math and you got yourself 6 months no matter what. I'm actually gonna try to finish fs grinding before the 6 months and then from there play star wars battlefront while i do the phases.
