next phase i will do my last unlock, can i do the exit quest anytime after that or do i have to wait 3 more weeks for a new phase?

Once you have filled your 6th 4th tier box, you just need to wait for the Old Man again. He will give you a WP to Mel usually within 1500m from where he visits you. Once you defeat Mel you can then begin the padawan trials.
